What happens at our office

No hidden steps.

Singapore law requires every licensed lender to verify you in person before approving a loan.

1

Tell us what you need

We review your circumstances, income and existing commitments.

2

Verify in person

Bring your identity and income documents. The law requires this face to face, so no licensed lender can approve a loan entirely online.

3

Understand the offer

We explain interest, fees, instalments, due dates and every contract term before anything is signed.

4

Sign and receive funds

If approved, you can walk out with your funds the same visit. Approval, amount and terms are subject to assessment.

Straight answers

Before you visit

Can I apply for a loan online?

You can start an enquiry online, but Singapore law requires every licensed moneylender to verify your identity and explain the contract in person before approving a loan. No licensed lender can complete this entirely through WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS.

How much can I borrow?

The maximum depends on your residency status and annual income:

  • Citizens/PRs earning under $20,000 a year — up to $3,000
  • Citizens/PRs earning $20,000 a year or more — up to 6× your monthly income
  • Foreigners earning under $10,000 a year — up to $1,500
  • Foreigners earning $10,000–$20,000 a year — up to $30,000

These limits apply across all licensed moneylenders combined, not per lender. Your exact eligibility is confirmed once your documents are reviewed.

Can foreigners apply?

Yes. You’ll need a valid work pass, passport, recent payslips, bank statements and proof of your residential address in Singapore.

Is Quick Loan licensed, and how do I check?

Yes. Quick Loan Pte Ltd holds Licence No. 59/2026, listed with the Ministry of Law. You can check any lender against the official Registry of Moneylenders before you commit to anything — it takes a minute and it’s the single most useful thing you can do before borrowing.

How do I know this isn’t a scam?

A few signs separate a licensed lender from an unlicensed one:

  • They ask you to visit a real, registered office — not a home address, a car park, or nowhere at all
  • They never ask for your Singpass username or password
  • They never ask for payment before your loan is approved
  • They appear on the Ministry of Law’s Registry of Moneylenders

If a lender skips any of these, or promises approval entirely over WhatsApp with no office visit, it’s not a licensed moneylender.
